Beach and Quiet Ltd is based on the Northumberland Coast and the founders are Jane Riley and Jude Inman.

Beach and Quiet was borne out of a desire to provide an exceptional personal service for Guests and Owners alike. Our vision, quite simply: to put exceptional customer care and direct personal service at the heart of everything we do.

Jane – worked mostly in central London and latterly Manchester, for fifteen years, as an Associate Director for Chesterton International, a residential lettings and property management company. She and her teams successfully let and managed portfolios of high value property to both individuals and corporations.

Jude – Demonstrated significant organisational skills and no small amount of diplomacy whilst raising her four lads, running the home and managing to combine this with part time primary school teaching and conference organisation on the side – her cakes are legendary too!

Together they have run Second Home From Home Ltd for the last nine years: a housekeeping and care service, supporting both individual and corporate clients in the care of their holiday properties on the Northumberland Coast.

The combination of both their experience and the 'cradle to grave' service that is offered by both Beach and Quiet for the Letting and the housekeeping and day to day care side in Second Home From Home, gives reassurance to Owners that Guests will receive the best care possible and their attention to detail ensures that the Northumberland properties are run as diligently and proactively as possible - the aim; that Guests are delighted and return again and again, plus tell their friends!
